Engr. Rodolfo R. Peñalosa is the President of WESTCO Electrical and Equipment Corporation (1990-present); Chairman and President of PAMAV Training Institute and Technology Center (2005-present); Chief Executive Officer/Engineering Director of VCP Trading International Corporation (1990-present); Chairman of the Board of Electrical Engineering, Professional Regulation Commission (1999-present); Chairman of the Continuing Professional Education Council (1999-present); Chairman of the Technical Panel for Engineering, Technology & Architecture, Commission on Higher Education (2006-present). Besides these, he has also held a number of offices with various organizations (Chairmanship and Presidencies), among these are the Society of Philippine Association of Board Examiners; Society of Philippine Contractors and Suppliers and the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines. He had also been the Philippine representative for organizations such as the National Institute of Science and Technology to Pennsylvania, U.S.A.; the APEC WTO Electrical Professional Practice and Standards to Brunei and the Commission on Higher Education to Tokyo just to name a few.
A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering graduate of FEATI University in 1968, Engr. Peñalosa also holds a degree in Digital Communications from the Capital Radio Engineering Institute in Washington D.C. as well as taking special training. He has also passed multiple licensure and accreditation examinations. Engr. Peñalosa is also many times a lecturer and resource speaker at seminars related to his field.
