The Student Assistance Services Office (SASO) and the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) of FEATI University have teamed up once again to organize and conduct a leadership training workshop for all its student leaders with the objective of setting their goals for 2013.

Proponents of this training workshop, headed by Sr. Nicetas M. Favorito, D.C., Dean of Student Affairs and Ms. Maria Natividad "Teng" C. Ladip, Student Assistance Services Officer, made necessary preparations in order to guide the participating students through the maze of discussions. Guest speaker/trainer, Ms. Elizabeth Basa-Dayao, Delivery Program Senior Manager of IBM Philippines provided the expertise needed to tackle topics with high impact and relevance such as visioning, team-building (and becoming a team-player), and the use of the SWOT analysis whilst keeping in mind that the result should be the ideal platform for promoting their respective organizations.

It was a whole-day endeavor testing the participants' endurance through mentally and physically challenging but fun-filled activities that constituted an enjoyable learning experience for everyone. The student organizations that participated in this training workshop were: Aviation Society for Research and Development (ASRAD), FEATI Architecture Student Association (FASA), FEATI Business Club (FBC), FEATI Computer Society (FCS), FEATI PEER Group (FPG), Global English Proficiency Program Society (GEPPSOC), Kapisanan ng mga Mag-aaral sa Sining at Komunikasyon (KAMASKOM), Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) and Students' Association in Geodetic Engineering.
