FEATI UNIVERSITY SENDS OFF BATCH 2011 GRADUATES AT THE SMX CONVENTION CENTER
University invites one of its own success stories to speak on “Excellence: Key to
a Changing World.”
Things are certainly looking up at FEATI University as it prepares to send hundreds of its graduates to an exciting future via a commencement exercise on April 26, 2011, 8:00 A.M. at the sprawling SMX Convention Center of the SM Mall of Asia (MOA).
Joining FEATI University’s esteemed Board of Trustees, educators, professors, and officers is one of the university’s prized alumni, Engineer Felizardo R. Sevilla, Jr., as this year’s guest of honor and commencement speaker.
Engineer Sevilla graduated with a BS Electrical Engineering degree from FEATI University in 1973. In 1978, he established F.R.Sevilla Industrial and Development Corporation, an ISO-certified corporation and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. His credits include the following:
- President, Philippine Society of Ventilating, Air-Conditioning and Refrigerating Engineers (PSVARE), 2000.
- President, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Philippines Chapter, 2002.
- 1st Vice President, Philippine Constructors Association, 2010.
FEATI University believes that Engineer Sevilla’s fine example will give its graduates the inspiration that they need to strive hard to achieve EXCELLENCE and become the “KEY TO A CHANGING WORLD” which is this year’s university commencement theme.
