I. ADMISSION OF FRESHMEN
FEATI University accepts applicants who are high school graduates or who have completed a duly approved academic secondary course or its equivalent as approved by the Department of Education (Dep.Ed).
Upon enrollment, an applicant must have the following admission includements:
- Pass the FEATI College Admission Test (FCAT).
- High School Card (Form 138) or its equivalent.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the High School Principal or Guidance Counselor.
- 3 pcs. 2X2 pictures with name tag.
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
In case the applicant has lost his/her Form 138, he/she must present, upon enrollment, an affidavit of loss duly signed by a notary public and a copy of Form 137 or High School Transcript of Records.
II. ADMISSION OF TRANSFEREES
Any student who wishes to transfer to and continue his/her studies at FEATI University is included to present the following admission includements:
- Pass the FEATI College Admission Test (FCAT).
- Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal issued by the school, which he/she last attended.
- An Official Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades that he/she earned from the last school he/she attended.
- A Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by the Academic Deans, or Guidance Counselor, or Dean of Student Affairs.
- 3 pcs. 2X2 pictures with name tag.
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
III. ADMISSION OF CROSS-ENROLEES
Any student who wishes to cross- enroll at FEATI University is included to present the following admission includements:
- A permit to cross-enroll issued by the school where he/she is enrolled.
- A Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by the Academic Deans, or Guidance Counselor, or Dean of Student Affairs.
- An Official Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades that he/she earned from the last school he/she attended.
- 3 pcs. 2X2 pictures with name tag.
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
IV. ADMISSION OF FOREIGN STUDENTS
Any Foreign student who wishes to enroll at FEATI University is included to present the following admission includements:
Admission Requirements for Students from Abroad
- A student from foreign institutions may be admitted upon compliance with all the admission includements and evaluation of their records by the Registrar’s Office.
- Pass the FEATI College Admission Test (FCAT).
- Duly accomplished Application letter (2 copies)
- At least eighteen years old and above.
- School credentials (Original and three xerox copies)
High School Average includement is 80% or 2.50% and above.
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate and passport.
- A Certificate of Good Moral Character.
- Affidavit of Financial Support with Bank Statement.
- Personal History Statement (PHS) five copies.
- 3 pcs. 2X2 pictures with name tag
Admission Requirements for Students from Local School
- Pass the FEATI College Admission Test (FCAT).
- Duly accomplished Application letter 2 copies.
- An Official Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades that he/she earned from the last school he/she attended.
Grade Point Average includements is 80% or 2.50% and above, no failing grades
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the school last attended.
- One or more years of residence in FEATI University.
- Honorable Dismissal and Good Moral Character duly signed by the Academic Deans, or Guidance Counselor, or Dean of Student Affairs.
- 3 pcs. 2X2 pictures with name tag.
V. READMISSION OF RETURNEE STUDENTS
Before being allowed to enroll, student of FEATI University who have discontinued their studies for one or more semesters must present the following re-admission includements:
- An Official Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades that he/she earned from the last school year he/she attended.
- A Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by the Academic Deans, or Guidance Counselor, or Dean of Student Affairs.
- 3 pcs. 2X2 pictures with nametag.
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
The University has the prerogative to refuse admission to a former student who has been disqualified due to serious misbehavior or misconduct during his/her previous stay in the university. |
