Although FEATI is a relatively young exhibitor compared to other schools. Its annual entries have been very successful for the past four years. Last 2006, FEATI garnered most of the major awards including Most Visited Booth. Unfortunately, the fair organizers opted to keep this year’s fair free from any competition among exhibitors. Nevertheless, the clean crisp white booth almost covered by a swarm of curious teenage College hopefuls carrying their FEATI bags was a reward in itself.
Representatives from different departments came to showcase their talents. The School of Fine Arts was a smash hit among the High School crowd as they impress them with
on-the-spot caricatures and sketches plus the active participation of the students with the IT Department by providing free tutorials on basic web designing and animation. Newly installed Maritime Superintendent, Captain Danilo Venida and Aeronautical Engineering Head Engr. Villegas were also present to conduct a brief seminar on the rudiments of their field.
“I am definitely considering to study in FEATI.” Jannie, a student from Montessori Integrated School said after she received a sketch of herself from an SFA student.
