Gabriel P. Intengan, He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University and is a Masters Degree Candidate in Business Administration of the University of the Philippines. He is currently the Vice President and Chief Operation Officer of FEATI University and Renaissance Property Management Corporation. He is also the Managing Director of Victura Financial Management, Incorporated. He was formerly Vice President/ Group Head for Consumer Banking at the Land Bank of the Philippines. He is concurrently serving as Compliance Officer for the University. He has been elected as a Trustee, and appointed Executive Vice President and Compliance Officer of FEATI by the Board of Trustees effective July 25,2003;2004, and 2006.
Danielle S. Lizares, She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree Major in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ateneo De Manila University. On July 1981, obtained Dilpome d’Etudes Approfondies-Materials Science (Masters) and on June 1983 obtained Diplome de Docteuer-Ingeneur-Materials Science, Mention Tres Honorable – with Honors (Doctorate); AVP-Executive Director, PHINMA Group Development Foundation, Inc.; Member, Board of Metallurgical Engineering, Professional Regulation Commission from October 1999 up to the present and Chairman since March 2002; Assistant Vice-President, Bacnotan Steel Industries, Inc.; Senior Consultant, Philippine Investment Management Consultants, Inc.; Assistant Professor of Metallurgy, Department of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, College of Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman; Division Manager (handling four departments), Engineering and Technology Research Division, Automated Micro Electronics, Inc. Victoria A. Santos Ocampo She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from the De La Salle University. She is the Corporate Secretary of Salvador Araneta Memorial Institute, the President of SAMI Ticket Printing Press and the Managing Director and Treasurer of SAMI Food and Beverage Specialist, Inc. which operates a Chowking Food Corporation Franchise. She was first elected Trustee of the Corporation on October 2004. She was again elected Trustee on 27 October 2006.

Euney Marie J. Mata-Perez, “Euney” was appointed Corporate Secretary of FEATI University on August 10, 2004. She graduated Salutatorian of her class (1992) at the Ateneo de Manila University College of Law and Summa Cum Laude at The University of San Carlos, Cebu City where she took undergraduate course. She was previously a Senior Associate in SyCip, Salazar, Hernandez & Gatmaitan where she worked for more than 10 years. Atty. Perez is also a certified public accountant and worked as an auditor with SGV & Co. She was a contributor to several foreign and local publications, including CCH Doing Business in Asia. At present, she is the Director and the Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Tax Management Association of the Philippines. She specializes in tax and corporate matters, and has extensive experiences in mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, project finance and loan transactions.
Dr. Leopoldo V. Abis, Vice-President for Academic Affairs.He has a Bachelor of Science of Sciences Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines-Diliman; Master of Sciences in Industrial Engineering and Doctorate in Industrial Engineering, both from Kansas State University.
